When Wednesday night doesn't go as planned

Two people can't make it to rehearsal. Run it anyway.

Your team rehearses in the sanctuary. Whoever can't get there plugs in from home and plays with the room, in time.

What is a Lutefish?

Lutefish lets worship team members who can't get to the church join rehearsal from home and play in real time with the people in the sanctuary. The sanctuary and each remote member plug into a Lutefish Stream over a wired connection. Latency stays under 35ms, so the team keeps its timing. $249 per Stream plus $9.99 per month.

“Lutefish has been a lifesaver when I’m pinched for time but need to get in a rehearsal or writing session.”

Both the church and each remote member need a wired connection. Worth checking before you buy.

Answer two quick questions. We'd rather tell you now than have you find out after you've bought it.

Do you have a wired internet connection you can plug the stream into, not just WiFi?

Do you have cable or fiber internet with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload?

How much latency does Lutefish have

Under 35ms of latency. Keep your team's timing and feel intact, midweek or Sunday morning.

Your own Stream

How many Streams a church need

One Stream per team member keeps the sound studio-clean, no dropped connections mid-rehearsal.

Built for the team

Vocals and instruments on the same session

Real inputs for real instruments and mics, not just a laptop mic on a call

Hear the difference for yourself.

Video conferencing lets musicians talk. Lutefish lets them play. When latency disrupts timing, rehearsals become conversations instead of music. Compare the two and hear why low latency matters.

The Team Plan

What Lutefish costs a church.

Everyone plays through their own Stream, so the sound stays clean for the whole team. Pick how many people usually can't make it and we'll do the math.

FAQ

How can a worship team member join rehearsal remotely?

They plug an instrument or mic into their own Lutefish Stream and a wired connection at home. The sanctuary connects the same way. Latency stays under 35ms, so they play along with the room in real time instead of lagging behind it.

Do we need a Stream for everyone?

No. One for the sanctuary and one for each person joining from elsewhere. Most churches start with two or three.

Can two campuses rehearse together?

Yes. Each campus connects its own Stream over a wired connection and rehearses the same set in real time.

What internet does our church need?

A wired connection, cable or fiber, with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, at the church and at each remote member's home.
